2-4 Riped 1/2
1.5 Tsp Cinnamon
1 C. of Brown Sugar( white is good too!)
1 Tsp Vanilla
1.5 C. All-Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp salt *
1 C. Vegetable oil or melted Butter
* I use salted butter and then I elimate salt from the ingredients list. But unsalted works great, but remember to add salt.
Preheat your oven to 350*F
1. In a large mixing bowl combine your dry ingredients. Sift together the flour,baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
2. In a separate container combine your wet ingredients: oil(butter),sugar, eggs, vanilla, and bananas.
3. Combine all of your ingredients until smooth. Do not over mix, which can result in a tough batter. Spray your baking dish of choice. I used a standard loaf pan.
Optional: You can add nuts such as pecans or walnuts (your choice)
